Vingt ans environ, taille un peu au-dessus de la moyenne, elegante et robuste a la fois. Des cheveux chatain clair contrastant avec le visage blanc et rose, dont le nez delicat, la bouche gracieuse exprimaient la decision et la franchise. Mais surtout des yeux tres grands, d'un bleu etrange, presque violet.

Son regard accaparait l'attention, on ne voyait plus qu'eux, et inconsciemment on appliquait a leur proprietaire la formule paradoxale du poete:
