This Festschrift assembles 32 contributions devoted to K. Lawson Younger, Jr. by his colleagues and students from North America, Israel and Europe. In accordance with significant topics of his own scholarly oeuvre the articles focus on Old Testament and Ancient Near Eastern studies. Linguistic and cultural studies evaluate recent studies of Amorite and examine "East as Symbolic Space" and raise the question of "Aramaean Identity" in Iron Age Syria.
