Mit der vorliegenden Arbeit soll ein systematischer UEberblick uber das Personalcontrolling und die Personalcontrollinginstrumente geschaffen werden. Die Ausfuhrungen sind in vier Kapitel gegliedert. Im ersten Kapitel wird auf die Grundlagen des Personalcontrolling eingegangen. Im zweiten Kapitel werden Dimensionen, Funktionen und organisatorische Einbindung des Personalcontrolling sowie Anforderungen an ein leistungsfahiges Personalcontrolling vorgestellt. Im dritten Kapitel werden die einzelnen Personalcontrollinginstrumente behandelt. Im letzten Kapitel erfolgt dann eine kritische Wurdigung der Betrachtung.
