"The mind cannot erase what the eye has faithfully conveyed." Over thirty years ago, while the Migoran Ralms were fighting a war for unification, the Empire of Hydaria had ended a long campaign to subjugate Rigata. The Hydarians left Rigata a lifeless husk in the hands of a Rigatan of noble blood, one they controlled. Yet the Hydarians would need to march south again, then years later; their trusted puppet had taken up arms. This time, they would be harsh, as High Warmaster Ragos was leading the march himself.

A deep web of spies had been woven in Rigata in the years after Ragos quelled their first attempt at revolt. But that web of spies has grown eerily muted in recent years. It would take a scattering of coded messages, in ciphers the Hydarians had long since abandoned, for one young Armsmaster to pick up the trail. Wanting to prove himself to his high command, the young Hydarian Armsmaster Lysiac has taken the initiative in paying Rigata a visit.

His impetus would throw him into a nest of wasps, and the extend of the damage to the Hydarian web would soon be revealed. His foray south to quench renewed fires of rebellion is faithfully conveyed, in these Reports of Rebellion.
