Moral und Ethik in Kinderbibeln: Kinderbibelforschung in historischer und religionspadagogischer Perspektive

Known international experts in children’s Bible research include in this volume The following key questions and deal with them as an example: Which contents and intentions in children’s Bibles can be identified through the times as morally significant or ethically relevant? Which biblical stories and figures do children’s Bibles refer to when it comes to the subject of ethics and morals, such as good and evil ? In what sense do contemporary children’s Bibles take on questions of morality and ethics in a new media form? Do they also reflect current moral-psychological-logical findings? What religious educational consequences can be drawn from the analyzes and interpretations made for the current use of children’s Bibles? In addition to these thematically focused contributions, both thematically related and other current research projects and results on children’s Bibles are presented. In view of this question horizon, the volume is aimed not only at the academic audience, but also at interested people in school, church and family education practice.
