This volume continues the project of offering academic and practicing lawyers a solid and quick introduction to the administrative legal system throughout Europe. This second volume deals with France, Poland and the Czech Republic, thus complementing the depictions of the British, Spanish and Dutch administrative law put forth in the first volume. The sections on the individual countries are ordered in a uniform manner covering the respective constitutional basis, state administrative organization, administrative procedures, judicial review and other forms of administrative accountability.
