English summary: With technological development of voice-synchronization in the cinema, the voices of the actors themselves replaced dubbed-voices, so that the respective reel had to be paired exactly with the sound, so that characters experienced the least possible variation in interpretation and the originally intended expression would not be lost. Using sound experiments and methods derived from differential psychology applied to various examples of film, this study shows the influence that the operation of voice-synchronization can have on the sound effects and the representation of characters. The acoustic parameters of the locution and the manner of speech are also considered in this study as influential factors. German description: Bei der Synchronisation eines Films werden die Stimmen der Schauspieler von Synchronsprechern ubernommen, die die jeweiligen Filmrollen stimmlich so gestalten mussen, dass die Filmcharaktere moglichst keine verandernden Interpretationen erfahren und der ursprunglich intendierte Ausdruck nicht verloren geht. In Horexperimenten und mit Methoden der differentiellen Psychologie wird in dieser Arbeit anhand mehrerer Filmbeispiele gezeigt, welch grossen Einfluss der Einsatz von Synchronstimmen auf die Sprechwirkung und die Darstellung der Filmcharaktere haben kann. Akustische Parameter des Stimmklangs und der Sprechweise werden detailliert als die beeinflussenden Faktoren herausgearbeitet.
