Informationserhalt) und Postedition roher maschineller UEbersetzungen mit dem Endziel einer druckreifen einubersetzung (Evaluation nach Posteditionsaufwand). Die bei der Bewertung verwendeten testtheoretischen Grundlagen und statistischen Formeln werden dargestellt. Des weiteren werden folgende Punkte angerissen: Unterschiede zwischen menschlicher und maschineller UEbersetzung, fur MUE geeignete Textsorten und Verwendungsgebiete, Verfahren zur Ermittlung der lexikalischen Abdeckung, Bewertung anhand von Einzelphanomenen.
