Das Buch gibt einen Uberblick uber existierende Modelle und Losungsverfahren zur Einlastungsplanung von flexiblen Fertigungssystemen. Es wird ein neues, umfassendes Modell sowie ein ausgefeiltes Losungsverfahren zur Einlastungsplanung vorgestellt. In diesem Verfahren wird zur Losung des Bewertungsproblems auf die Theorie der geschlossenen Warteschlangennetzwerke zuruckgegriffen. Zur Losung von unterschiedlichen Optimierungsproblemen wird ein clusteranalytisches Suchverfahren, das Prinzip der simulierten Abkuhlung und die parametrische Optimierung eingesetzt.
