Das vorliegende Arbeitsbuch richtet sich an Teilnehmer meiner Grundlagenveranstaltung Quantitative Methoden an der Technischen Hochschule Aschaffenburg. Es hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, mit der Statistik einen zentralen Teilbereich eines jeden betriebswirtschaftlichen Studiums aufzubereiten und den Lesern die Inhalte aus den Bereichen Deskriptive Statistik und Wahrscheinlichkeitsrechnung anhand exemplarischer Aufgaben zu vermitteln. Das Arbeitsbuch ist somit vorlesungsbegleitend ebenso einzusetzen wie im Rahmen einer gezielten Prufungsvorbereitung.
