Die Studie untersucht organisationale Wandlungsprozesse der Erwachsenbildung von 2014-2018 anlasslich von Fluchtlingsintegration. Im Kontext eines Evaluationsprojektes wurden hierfur exemplarisch die Diakonie und Volkshochschule der Stadt Schweinfurt wissenschaftlich begleitet. Die umfassende Aufbereitung der erhobenen Daten beantwortet die zentrale Frage, inwiefern das Thema Fluchtlingsintegration Entwicklungsprozesse bei den Organisationen ausloeste, unter verschiedenen Aspekten. In diesem Zusammenhang wird zugleich das Phanomen organisationaler Wandel in der Erwachsenenbildung aus mehreren Perspektiven analysiert und auf die Alltaglichkeit der Prozesse, die zugrundeliegenden allgemeinen Funktionsprinzipien und systemtheoretische Deutungsmoeglichkeiten hingewiesen.
