Die Handlung scheint auf eine Katastrophe zuzusteuern und zeigt: auch Deutschland ist in einem Dilemma. ER ist die Haupt-Person und hat nur noch vier Tage im Februar. Dann will er seine Arbeit nach uber 40 Jahren in Freizeit umtauschen. Dass diese letzten Tage so werden, wie wohl niemand sich diese wunscht, ahnt ER nicht. Leider keine Vision mehr, schon mehrfach passiert, wird ein Anschlag vorbereitet. Und ER steckt mitten darin. Tragisch, dass ER in einem Schaltjahr steckt; nur ein entscheidender Tag weniger, und alles ware ohne ihn geschehen.
