Organized by the Netherlands Institute of Navigation, the conference was a part of a series of international conferences held since 1991 under the auspices of the European Group of Institutes of Navigation (EUGIN). The scope of this conference was the science and practice of positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT), aspects of reference trajectory in navigation, and related subjects in their broadest sense. The conference had a particular focus on resilient navigation with dedicated parallel sessions on interference/jamming, spoofing/meaconing, multi-sensor and augmented PNT, alternative and complementary PNT, and low earth orbit (LEO) PNT developments.
