Both the factors that promote the nursing proves and also the factors that hinder the using of nursing hugely affect the outcome of nursing care that the patient receives either positively or negatively. The literature review provides the background information about the topic under investigation. A descriptive survey method was used for the study. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Stratified random sampling was used to select a sample size of 108 respondents from the target population. Analysis of data rely heavily on statistical tools which enable one to come up with better presentation of the findings using pie charts and tables.
