Es wird gezeigt, dass der Effectuation-Ansatz als moderne Entrepreneurship-Theorie und Alternative zum traditionellen Ansatz (Causation) bislang nur ansatzweise die Rolle der Persoenlichkeit fur das Grundungsverhalten adressierte. Zudem stehen vor allem erfahrene Entrepreneure im Vordergrund. Die durchgefuhrte theoretische Analyse und eine empirische Studie zeigen jedoch, dass auch unerfahrene Entrepreneure grundlegend effektuatives und kausales Verhalten aufweisen, das von der Persoenlichkeit in Abhangigkeit von der Umgebungsunsicherheit beeinflusst wird.
