Nicole Adam fuhrt im Rahmen eines Literaturreviews eine Recherche in Datenbanken und Suchmaschinen durch, die zeigt, dass Pflegepersonen zum Teil Wissensdefizite im Bereich der Symptome, der Schmerzeinschatzung und der Kommunikation bei Bewohnern und Bewohnerinnen mit Demenz haben. Die Einstellung gegenuber an Demenz Erkrankten ist uberwiegend positiv. Nicht aussagekraftig hingegen ist die Auspragung der Pflegebereitschaft.
