Auswirkungen von Fuhrungswechseln im Vordergrund. In diesem Zusammenhang wird u.a. ein umgekehrt u-foermiger Zusammenhang zwischen der Haufigkeit von Fuhrungswechseln und dem Grad der Zunahme der Internationalisierung unterstellt. Die entsprechenden Hypothesen werden im empirischen Teil mittels einer Langsschnittanalyse uberpruft. Diese wird an einer Stichprobe grosser deutscher Industrieunternehmen uber die Zeit von 1990 bis 2012 hinweg durchgefuhrt.
