The Data is collected from 50 teachers of different schools and universities of Lahore, Pakistan. The procedure for analysis is Hermeneutical Analysis. The study reveals that teachers use strategies according to the needs of students. Most of the Students came from different backgrounds and cultures, so they had no knowledge of L2, so, it was better to teach them difficult concepts in their native language. This study would make some contribution for teachers to know about strategies to teach students.
