Folgende Hauptthemen wurden behandelt: 1. Neurosecretion in invertebrates, 2. Adrenergic neurons, 3. Mechanisms of release of neurohypophyseal materials, 4. Hypothalamic control of anterior pituitary. Weitere Kurzvortrage waren verschiedenen Problemen der Neurosekretion gewidmet. Das Internationale Komitee fUr die Vorbereitung des Symposiums, dem auBer den Unterzeichneten die Herren Professoren H. S. HELLER (Bristol), G. STERBA (Leipzig) und FR.
