Phoenix Dactylifera L. commonly known as date palm is one of the major crops of Kachchh region. Phoenix Dactylifera L. commonly known as date palm is dioeceous plant that is it has separate male and female plants. In the present study, hexane extract of male and female date palm leaves were subjected to gas chromatography mass spectrometry analysis so as to identify phytoconstituents presents in it. These phytoconstituents were then subjected to pass online assisted activity prediction so as to identify its possible pharmacological traits. Henicosane, eicosane, tetradecane, dodecane, nonadecane and hexadecane were predicted as Cutinase inhibitors. Dodecane, tetradecane, eicosane, n-hexadecanoic acid, Octacosane, henicosane, hexadecane, nonadecane, octadecane, Squalene, oleic acid, Octadecanoic acid, heptadecanoic acid and 9,12,15 Octadecatrienoic acid as CYP2J and CYP2J2 substrates. Squalene, n-hexadecanoic acid, heptadecanoic acid, oleic acid, Octadecanoic acid and 9, 12,15 Octadecatrienoic acid were evaluated as mucus membranous protector.
