The main targets of this term paper are to explain, what mobbing is, what the consequences of mobbing on personal and economical level are and also the available solution possibilities for the enterprise. Mobbing is not only a morbid connection field to which merely the experts from psychology, medicine and sociology would have to devote themselves. The affected employees with dropping capacity, motivation blockades, raised time absents, etc lead to frequent changes in staff and these load the enterprise economically.
