Este libro contiene una serie de trabajos investigativos del Grupo Estudios Literarios cuyo eje tematico versa sobre los conceptos de glocalizacion, hibridez e identidad. Asumimos que estos fenomenos influyen sobre las producciones culturales y literarias en este nuevo milenio, ya que dan cuenta de un avance teorico y academico, en relacion con los iniciados despues de la segunda mitad del siglo XX y que, grosso modo, concernian al cuestionamiento de los discursos hegemonicos y el derrumbamiento del canon. Los trabajos que integran este volumen presentan perspectivas analiticas e interpretativas interdisciplinarias y el enfasis se pone en la idea que pensar
glocalmente abre los espacios de representacion hacia las margenes , pero tambien para los habitantes otros que las habitan.
