Aus Anlass dieses Jubilaums gibt die Stiftung zwei zentrale Reden heraus, die Theodor Heuss vor dem Parlamentarischen Rat gehalten hat. Seine Eroeffnungsrede am 9. September 1948 wie auch seine Abschlussrede am 8. Mai 1949 stehen als markante Eckpunkte fur seine engagierte Tatigkeit in dieser verfassungsgebenden Versammlung.
