Based on the findings of the four-year FIDDO (Focused Investigation of Document Delivery Options) project, a study within the eLib Programme in the UK. The FIDDO team worked with library managers and end-users to develop an understanding of the issues involved with the options, methods and management of document delivery and provide recommendations. This title, as the name suggests also brings together literature on document access.
