Bei 44 Patienten nach elektiver Dickdarmcarcinomoperation wurden unter parenteraler beziehungsweise enteraler Ernahrung der klini- sche Verlauf uber 10 Tage beobachtet sowie folgende Parameter untersucht: Praalbumin, Transferin, Fibronectin, Albumin, Stickstoffbilanz (Ernahrungsphysiologische Parameter) sowie IgG, IgM, IgA, die cellulare Hautreaktion auf Recallantigene (Immuno- logische Parameter). Besonderer Wert wurde auf die Auswertung der folgenden klinischen Gesichtspunkte gelegt: Vertraglichkeit, Klagen der Patienten und postoperative Komplikationen. Dabei konnte kein deutlicher Unterschied zwischen beiden Er- nahrungsformen festgestellt werden. Auffallig sind die mehrfach auftretenden unklaren Temperaturen in der parenteralen Gruppe, andererseits die gehauften Aversionen gegen die Anwendungstechnik im enteralen Kollektiv. Ein signifikanter Unterschied ergibt sich bei den Kosten. Sie betragen fur die parenterale Ernahrung pro Tag DM 70,00 und fur die enterale Ernahrung pro Tag DM 10,00. Summary In this study 44 patients underwent surgery for colon carcinoma. The influence of postoperative parenteral and enteral nutrition was investigated. The following parameters were registered: pre- albumin, transferrin, fibronectin, albumin and N2 balance (ali- mentary parameters), IgG, IgM, IgA, cellular skin reaction on recall antigens (immunologie parameters). Special stress was laid on the evaluation of the patients' compatibility to both methods, complaints from the patients, and postoperative com- plications. There was no difference between the two forms of nutrition.
