Der Partizipationsgedanke gehoert von jeher zu den zentralen Themen padagogischer Arbeit. Von einer ausgepragten Partizipationskultur in der Ganztagsschule kann allerdings kaum gesprochen werden. Vor diesem Hintergrund wird das Modell der demokratischen Partizipation um das Modell der padagogischen Partizipation erweitert und auf die besonderen Bedingungen von Bewegungs-, Spiel- und Sportangeboten in offenen Ganztagsgrundschulen bezogen. In einer qualitativen Untersuchung konnten spezifische Rahmenbedingungen und konkrete ‘Orte’ der Partizipationsfoerderung identifiziert werden. Die empirischen Ergebnisse beschreiben ein breites, situationsbezogenes Spektrum der Partizipationsfoerderung zwischen Fremd-, Mit- und Selbstbestimmung.
