Psychotherapie wird dabei als ein Transformationsprozess aufgefasst, in dem psychologisch-psychotherapeutisches Wissen den Erfordernissen des praktischen Handelns angepasst wird. Analysiert werden die Rahmenbedingungen einer stationaren Psychotherapie und die Erfahrungs-, Deutungs- und Handlungsmuster der Klienten zwei Jahre nach dem Abschluss dieser Psychotherapie.
