IV-Controlling auf dem Prufstand resultiert aus der Zusammenarbeit des Kompetenzzentrum fur IV-Controlling an der Universitat Hohenheim mit bedeutenden Unternehmen. Dabei wurde das am Lehrstuhl entwickelte Konzept des IV-Controlling von Unternehmen wie Deutsche Bank, Deutscher Herold Lebensversicherungen, IBM, Mercedes-Benz, SudwestLB, Zurich Financial Services und ITM praktisch umgesetzt und die einzelnen IV-Controlling-Module in prototypischer Form eingefuhrt. Die einzelnen Projekte werden hier aus wissenschaftlicher und praktischer Sicht dokumentiert.
