Employability skills differentiate a successful and unsuccessful professional in any industry. The purpose of this study was to judge the level of employability skills of senior undergraduate hospitality students at different colleges in West Bengal. The difference in perception of the hospitality executives, faculty members and students has been found out. The results and suggestions if taken into consideration can be used to strengthen and improve the level of employability of the undergraduate students. The hospitality industry may also get better employable professionals. This study intends to consider the importance of employability skills in hospitality education. Unfortunately, little research on this topic has been performed in the Indian context in a holistic way. So this research tries to bridge the gap between the expectations and the reality.
