In der vorliegenden Arbeit soll die Tauglichkeit der Elema-Schrittmacher EM 137 und EM 139 nach uber 6-jahriger Anwendung uberpruft werden. Ausserdem werden die zwei Verfahren, das Befestigen der Elektroden an das Epikard (epikardiales System) und das Anlegen einer Elektrode an das Endokard im Herzinnern (intrakardiales System) einander gegenubergestellt.
