Literatur in Osterreich 1938-1945: Handbuch eines literarischen Systems. Band 3: Oberosterreich

The volume of Upper Austria continues the comprehensive inventory of literary life in Austria during National Socialism. The scandalizing of individual cases and the presence of writers in the cultural memory of the country are provided with a comprehensive material base for factual discussion of the explosive topic. The methodical concern of lexically opening up a literary field (P. Bourdieu) of the German-speaking area is implemented in a new type of manual, a specific networked combination of a dictionary of persons and institutions. The integration of the authors into the different systems from the monarchy to the Second Republic is shown on the basis of individual parameters.
