Das Lehrbuch bietet ein didaktisches Drei-Stufen-Modell, um urheberrechtliche Kenntnisse zu erwerben bzw. zu vertiefen. Zunachst werden auf der Grundlage theoretischer und praktischer Fragestellungen Probleme aufgezeigt. Danach erfolgt eine rechtspolitische und dogmatische Bewertung der im Lehrbuch dargestellten Falle. Schliesslich werden Loesungsmoeglichkeiten unter Berucksichtigung der Auffassungen in der Rechtsprechung und in der Literatur angeboten.
