Gegenstand der Verfahren waren unter anderem die Prominentenwohnanlage in Wandlitz, die Tatigkeit des Bereichs Kommerzielle Koordinierung und die Ausstattung der Jagdgebiete fur hochrangige Politiker. Zu den Angeklagten gehoerten Erich Honecker, Erich Mielke, Gunter Mittag, Harry Tisch und Alexander Schalck-Golodkowski. Etwa die Halfte der Anklagen wurde noch von DDR-Staatsanwaltschaften erhoben.
