Lulzim Tafa e nato il 2 febbraio 1970, in Lipjan. Ha fato la scuola elementare e liceo a Lipjan. Si e laureato presso la Facolta di Giurisprudenza all'Universita di Prishtina. Insieme con i libri scientifici, autore di numerosi altri pubblicazioni in letteratura. Finora i seguenti volumi di poesia pubblicati:
