Blooms: Out of Trials and Tribulation overflows with the poetic emotions of the author. She chronicles her turbulent trek through life in her poetry and gives a candid back story for each poem. From personal experience the author illustrates how one can triumphantly surf their misfortune, reach deep within and blossom the strong and indomitable spirit they always were. She illustrates a strong sense of gratitude for her strength, gifts and the blessings she has received in her lifetime. Her poems address issues she is passionate about; ableism, self-esteem, feminism, motherhood and fatherhood. They also celebrate the good in people and encourages everyone to leave a positive impression on this world.
