Caught red handed was a phrase first used in reference to people caught with blood on their hands from murder. It is used in modern english to apprehend someone in the course of wrongdoing. To all the women, wrongfully marked, apprehended, blamed, accused, judged - let you be unafraid to become all that you are. Let us, as women, take back our worth, our belonging, our power. Let us name this movement: reclamation, PAINT US RED.Paint Us Red is an international poetry publication.
