Want to realize your leadership potential?
Kellie Garrett is passionate about helping you shine. Conquer your inner dragons and learn how to coach yourself.
Become who you want to be-at work and everywhere else in life.
Kellie Garrett is a recovering executive who witnessed-and occasionally participated in-the games played by senior leaders. She became obsessed with leadership as a way of being, not a position. After working with many executive coaches and therapists, and learning about elevated consciousness, she experienced dramatic shifts to how she led her life: at work and everywhere else. This required facing down the inner dragons keeping her from living in sync with her higher self.
"No matter how successful, virtually every coaching client shows up with their dragons in tow," she says. "Some of the themes include excessive self-criticism, perfectionism, lack of confidence, trust issues, and problems with colleagues. A great coach equips each client to go out into the world and sustain the changes they've learned when the coaching program concludes. I strive to provide clients with practices to coach themselves. This book is the result."
