She is an avid writer, with monthly articles featured in The Voice, and has published a book about her Mennonite roots, Aganetha’s Story. Florence enjoys writing, reading, time with her grandchildren and playing pickle ball.

Illustrator Rachelle Oliveira: Rachelle is an Okanagan-based painter who is often found with a sketchbook, bringing nature and animals to life in her work. She spends her spare time hiking with her husband, Thiago, and their dog, Mango, gathering inspiration amidst the beautiful of British Columbia. Follow on Instagram: @canadiansketch
