In this book you'll find an eclectic mix of stories, poems, articles, and art carefully selected by the Creative Expressions team for you. This is a "for us, by us" book. We are autistic and created the type of book we wanted to see. I'm sure you'll find lots in here to enjoy.

We talk about who we are, what we love, what makes us laugh, what we're looking forward to as well as relationships. Relationships with family, peers, and the challenges of finding love when you are on the spectrum.

We each included photos and recipes of our favourite foods as sometimes being an adult is hard, and you still have to eat!
