Attempts are made to cover up the transmission but a young woman escapes with a copy and flees to Barbados to make an announcement to the world.

Time is running out for society to adapt and brace for the intensifying effects of a volatile environment. Even if they make the necessary changes, will it be enough to survive this harsh future?
