Perry Normal and his friends at Brackendale Middle School are starting a new term when some strangers show up in their classes and get noticed for being a bit different. Even more strange is that their 8th grade English teacher Miss Busby suddenly takes some time off. When she returns, she, too, seems different. Perry soon finds out why! It is a twin sister who is an Interpol agent working undercover to locate a fugitive prince from a tiny European kingdom who is believed to have escaped to America and is hiding incognito in their very own school!

Follow Perry as he discovers this fact but must keep it secret as he and The Malt Shop Gang find out that there are dangerous spies in town that are hunting the young Prince as well. Caught in a web of international intrigue, Perry identifies the enemy and his criminal companions but still is unsure of who they are looking for.

This game of cat-and-mouse creates a risk for Perry and the Prince–and once Perry learns his identity, he must shield him at any cost. The bad guys even come to think that Perry is the Prince and kidnap him right on the street!

Watch Perry and his friends hide the Prince and cooperate with the ‘fake’ teacher as she ultimately finds her opportunity to escape to the airport in New York City with the Prince–chased by gun-toting thugs who come very close to their objective: seize the Prince and ransom him off to his people.
