Run, Monster, Run continues the story of three young children as they try to return home from the world of the talking vegetables. With an octopus as their guide, they find returning home to be slightly more difficult and the denizens of this world significantly less hospitable than they had imagined. Unexpected visitors further complicate matters as the children’s hopes of having breakfast in the morning grow slim.
