In story one Jack is a ladies man and he flits from one dame to another, imagine his surprise when he meets the woman of his dreams under his nose and then has to win her. In story two Jack is a big flirt and an easy target for a pretty woman but that doesn’t mean he’s philander or a patsy. His wife should just let him do his job but she has been sending all the business away and they need the dough. Jack takes a case for Mr. Darcy but will he regret the impulse? In story three Things have changed Jack Forbes but he doesn’t remember how. He has awakened in a mental institution, with no memory. Nothing is as it cracked up, even though Jack remembers little; he begins to suspect he’s a prisoner not a patient. Are Jack’s treatments the reason he can’t remember and he has become paranoid, or has really lost his mind and the memories just too hard to reveal, even to himself?
