The historic coastal town that is a tourist destination for the most fascinated with the history of Portugal and for the scenic locations that the town can provide. It has caves and an old castle that was once a part of the slave trade. There were secret tunnels that lead from the castle to the caves along the shoreline. There was a caretaker that lived at the castle who had been violent and short tempered. He had murdered and tortured many former slaves and kidnapped woman. They were raped and some managed to escape. The men attacked the castle in retaliation of their woman being kidnapped and raped and mistreated. The castle caretakers had many weapons and was able to have several men arrested and tortured.
