I wanted a self-help book that was easy to read, without having to read the whole book, for the answers when I was stuck. This is all simple steps that I used to change my life, from fear to peace. Yes, I have rebuilt my life, so I know it can be done. I wrote this book because I wanted something easy to read and was simple to understand. How I could change my life from one of fear to one of love? Friends told me I needed to put into a book what I did and why. It has taken me a long time to put it down on paper.
