Over the past 50 years, Pat McAllister has been making deals as a real estate broker. He has appraised and bought countless acres of property, franchised hotels, and created unique restaurants. His first commercial real estate purchase started with only 45 acres that resulted in the creation of the most extensive business district in Chillicothe and the site of numerous hotels, restaurants, shopping areas, and businesses. His vision transformed this south central Ohio town into a hustling, bustling area where visitors gather and residents enjoy year-round.

He eventually branched out to other Ohio cities where he and his partners invested in improving the hospitality and dining options these towns had to offer in the way of luxurious hotels and exceptional theme restaurants.
