In an ideal world, Lotte would have been starting her adult life with her mother by her side. Or at least in her phone. But this is not an ideal world. Lotte's mother is dead. Lotte's sister is suing her for inheritance money. In an ideal world Charlie wouldn't be divorced or widowed. She would be raising her sons and settling into a comforting middle age. But this is not an ideal world. And Charlie's new coworker, Lotte, is too sexy for Charlie's sanity.
