In the nation's capital, the inauguration is savagely interrupted by a cadre of middle eastern extremists, turning the capital into a meat grinder via an RPG attack. Both outgoing and incoming administrations are obliterated, except for the incoming Vice President, Lars Magnusson, who's life hangs by a thread.
