A 1980s nostalgic, coming of age adventure about the importance of faith, family and friendship. The summer of 1984 started just like any other, until my three friends and I discover a homeless war veteran named Washington. This mysterious stranger lives along the dark winding, wooded path known as the Greenway Trail. Legends surround this trail with stories about ghosts and mysterious disappearances.

My parents, had always forbid us from ever venturing onto this trail that ran just behind my house. My friends and I were perfectly content to stay away until the day my great grandfather tells me and my brothers a riveting tale about hidden treasure. Little did we know, that this story would lead to a humorous but dangerous collision course with the truth behind the terrifying Greenway Trail.

The adventure that ensues will test everyone's faith, courage and the bonds of friendship and family. The power of forgiveness, redemption and finding the best in all people become the life's lessons revealed during this very unique summer.
