After graduating with honors from Georgia Tech in 1986, he launched his career in the Atlanta metro area, quickly rising to senior leadership roles in private and public companies. In 2022, Farrell embarked on his second career as a teacher, coach, mentor, and speaker, driven by a passion for helping others grow personally and professionally. Farrell has been married since 1986 to his high school sweetheart, Kathy; he is a proud father to two daughters, Pfeiffer and Collier.
